We ask that you respect our sauna and please always use a towel in the sauna and cover all areas of the sauna that your body is on. This helps us preserve our sauna for longer. -
FIX’s ice baths are cooled between 4 and 10 degrees and our sauna temperature is anywhere between 60 and 100 degrees.

FIX uses breathwork techniques in a lot of our sessions. The types of breathing techniques we work with will impact your sympathetic, parasympathetic and autonomic nervous system. This creates a space for you to weave between activation and deactivation to facilitate deep healing in the body.
Breathwork hypo-oxygenates the cells. Your bloodstream will flooded with more oxygen than you normally have, this results in a natural increase in sensitivity within the body, so you can experience physical sensations, such as shivering or tension, a change in body temperature and some memories and emotions can arise. All of those reactions are normal.
A single session is sometimes enough to create a significant change, but a regular breathwork practice can have huge benefits in helping to overcome depression, managing addiction, connecting to the soul, improving sleep, boosting confidence, and reducing stress.
-
