FIX’s Ice Baths Manchester:

FIX’s Ice Baths were supplied and installed by CET, who have supplied many prestigious sports clubs like Wimbledon, AC Milan, Man Utd, Man City & Bayern Munich.

We have two socially designed baths, one is cooled at 10 degrees which will be perfect for those who are new to cold plunge, and we have one cooled at 6 degrees which is perfect for more advanced cold plungers.

As part of all of our sessions, ice baths are optional, BUT we would encourage you to consider all of the great benefits of getting into the cold, including:
