FIX’s SAUNA MANCHESTER:

We have the UK’s biggest sauna, handcrafted from western red cedar. Temperatures range from 60 degrees to 100 degrees Celsius. The Sauna is mechanically ventilated and is designed to provide clean, fresh heat. 

We have Himalayan Salt Sauna Wall features, which provide several health benefits.

When you breath in the salty air, aka Halotherapy, you absorb the trace minerals through your skin and respiratory system, promoting detoxification, relaxation & even improved skin health.

Our guides are trained in Aufguss, where we use heat, essential oils, towel waving, lighting and music to complement our themed sessions, designed to either lift you up or calm you down.  

All our guided sessions involve the Sauna.
