Sauna & Ice Bath Experiences.
Themed Experiences
For our guided experiences, we use techniques, like breathwork, vocalisation, visualisation, meditation, sound healing, stretching, massage and much more.
Essential oils are used throughout the sessions as well as carefully selected music.
Sauna
We have the UK’s biggest sauna, handcrafted from western red cedar. Temperatures range from 60 degrees to 100 degrees Celsius. The Sauna is designed to provide clean, fresh heat. We have Himalayan Salt Sauna Wall features, which provide several health benefits.
When you breath in the salty air, aka Halotherapy, you absorb the trace minerals through your skin and respiratory system, promoting detoxification, relaxation & even improved skin health.
Ice Baths
We have 2 socially designed ice baths, with varying temperatures to suit those who are beginning the ice bath journeys and for those who are more experienced with lower temperatures.
The ice baths hold up to 14 people at a time. All our guides and staff members are trained to take people into the cold.
Our baths were designed by the same company who supplied Manchester United, Manchester City and Bayern Munich – they are of the highest safety standards.
Socialise
Gather in the social area during classes and socialise with the FIX community.
Here you can refresh in between the hot and the cold, with water and infused natural teas from our brand partner Mission.
