Our policies to support your visit.

All sessions are available to book online via the FIX website or app 1 week in advance. We always recommend pre-booking to ensure you can hold your spot in your preferred class. Pre booking is available through our website and app.

We recommend that you arrive 10 minutes prior to the start of your class. If you are a first timer please arrive 15 minutes early. This will give you plenty of time to use the changing facilities and prepare yourself for the transformative journey ahead.

Guided group classes at FIX start at the scheduled time. Late entry is not permitted once the Studio doors close. Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes early.

In the instance where a Fix class or event is full, we invite you to join the waitlist. To do this you’ll need to have the class credit available. If you are added from the waitlist to the class, Fix will email you to confirm. At this point, you are a confirmed attendee and are responsible for attending or cancelling. If you are not added to the class from the waitlist, your credit will not be used and will become available to use for future bookings.

You can change or cancel your class 12 hours before the start of the class. For example, if you are booked into a 7am class, this needs to be cancelled by 7pm the previous evening. If you cancel the class within the late cancellation window, you will either lose your credit or a fee of £25 will be charged. Please refer to the terms of your class package or membership package.

Fix does not accept email cancellations. Cancellations must be made through your account on our website or mobile app.

Fix is a drug and alcohol free place. Please do not come to any of our experiences under the influence of drugs or alcohol

Bathing suits and swimwear is required for all customers. FIX is a barefoot space beyond the reception area.

For all our experiences, you will be provided with two towels. One towel is for use during the class and one towel for showering afterwards. When using the sauna, please ensure that all of your body is covered by a towel.
