FIX Freeze Policy.
Founding Membership freeze policy
The Founding Membership cannot be paused, frozen, downgraded, or refunded during the contract period. This policy ensures the integrity of the membership, and the exclusive benefits provided to Founding Members.
We understand that unforeseen medical circumstances may arise. In cases of injury, illness, or pregnancy, we do offer the option to freeze your membership temporarily.
To apply for a membership freeze due to these circumstances, we may require medical evidence in the form of a note or letter from a doctor, physiotherapist, or hospital. This documentation helps us determine the appropriate freeze period based on your medical needs.
To freeze your membership, please submit a request to hello@fixmcr.co.uk.
Starter 3 Pack freeze policy
Once you purchase the 3 Starter Pack, it is non-refundable. We encourage you to use all three credits, as we do not offer refunds for any unused classes. The 3 Starter Pack must be used within the specified validity period. Unfortunately, it cannot be extended or frozen, so please plan your sessions accordingly to make sure you can use all your credits before they expire.
While the pack is non-refundable and cannot be extended or frozen, you do have the flexibility to share your credits with friends. This allows you to introduce others to our services or enjoy the classes together, making the most out of your starter pack.
Annual Membership freeze policy
At FIX We understand that life can sometimes require a temporary pause in your routine. That's why we offer members who are signed up for a 12-month commitment the option to freeze their membership once during the contract period for up to 60 days. However, this freeze must be taken as a single continuous period and cannot be split into several shorter freezes.
This freeze option is available to all members who are currently on a 12-month commitment. The membership can be frozen for any reason, whether it’s for travel, medical reasons, or other personal circumstances.
In cases of injury, illness and pregnancy we can apply a longer membership freeze, but may require medical evidence in the form of a doctor's, physio or hospital note.
To freeze your membership, please submit a request to hello@fixmcr.co.uk.
Monthly Membership freeze policy
For members on a monthly membership plan, a standard freeze option is not available. However, we understand that certain circumstances, such as injury, illness, or pregnancy, may require you to temporarily pause your membership.
To apply for a membership freeze due to injury, illness, or pregnancy, we may require medical evidence. This can be in the form of a note or letter from a doctor, physiotherapist, or hospital, confirming the condition and the recommended period of rest or recovery.
If you need to request a freeze, please contact our customer service team through hello@fixmcr.co.uk. Provide the necessary medical documentation along with your request, and we will review your case promptly.
Class Pack freeze policy
For members who have purchased a class pack, the standard option to freeze the pack is not available. However, we recognize that injury, illness, or pregnancy may prevent you from using your class credits within the original validity period. In these situations, we offer the possibility of extending the validity of your class pack.
To request an extension, you may need to provide medical evidence, such as a note or letter from a doctor, physiotherapist, or hospital, confirming your condition and the recommended period of rest or recovery.
If you need to request a freeze, please contact our customer service team through hello@fixmcr.co.uk. Provide the necessary medical documentation along with your request, and we will review your case promptly.
