Membership Cancellation Policy.

FIX does not provide partial refunds for unused portions of memberships or credit packs. Once a membership or pack credit has been used to book or attend a session, the purchase is considered final and non-refundable.

This policy ensures consistency and fairness across all bookings and memberships. If you have any concerns or require assistance, please contact our team before booking or attending a session.

Annual 12-month commitment memberships can only be cancelled at the end of the 12-month billing period. If you wish to cancel, you must provide notice before the end of your current billing cycle.

The 3-month commitment membership can be canceled after three monthly payments have been made. To cancel, members must notify us before the next billing cycle begins.

If no cancellation request is received, the membership will automatically renew on a rolling monthly basis until canceled. For assistance with cancellations, please contact our team directly.

In extenuating circumstances, such as pregnancy or injury, we may consider offering a membership freeze or early cancellation. Supporting documentation may be required.

To cancel, please submit a request to hello@fixmcr.co.uk We aim to respond to all requests as quickly as possible, but it may take up to 72 hours (about 3 days) to process your cancellation. Please consider this if you want to cancel before your next payment is due.

If your request is received but not resolved by our team before your next payment is due, we can in most cases refund the payment.
